Backup Data with Windows 2000/XP
Start the Microsoft Backup program.
Click on the Backup tab.
Select the data you want to backup. This normally includes the D:\My Documents NT and the Desktop and Favorites folders in the profile of the user (C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Desktop (or Favorites). If you have data in other locations select that as well. In the Backup Media or File Name box enter Y:\INV# Today's date where INV# is the number on the front of your tower and Today's date is the date you are creating the backup.
Click Job -> Save Selections as...
Browse to D:\My Documents NT and give your selections a name. Click Save.
Click Start Backup to begin the backup.
From this point forward when you start the backup program click on the Backup tab then Job -> Load Selections and browse to the file you created earlier to automatically set the selections you have already picked.
