Setup Microsoft Outlook 2003 to Access Exchange 2007
Start Outlook 2003. You will be prompted to create a profile. Select IMAP and click Next.
Enter your name into the Your Name field. Enter your Concordia email address into the E-mail Address field. Put cordexch01.cord.edu into both the incoming and outgoing mail server boxes. Type in your Concordia username and password. Click the More Settings... button.
Give the account any name you would like. Re-enter your Concordia email address in the Reply field. Click on the Outgoing Server tab.
Check the box stating that the outgoing server requires authentication. Select the option for using the same settings as the incoming mail server. Click on the Advanced tab.
Check both SSL boxes and set the outgoing server (SMTP) port to 587. Click OK.
Click Finish to complete your Outlook profile.
